With guided meditation I will lead you to a state in which you can unwind and recharge – from feeling stressed, angry, anxious or fearful, to being relaxed, positive, focused and empowered – experiencing being whole, complete and perfect in the very moment.

Guided meditation is different to hypnosis, which I don’t do. In a guided meditation you will be conscious and aware at all times, and you will be asked to actively participate. I can’t do the work for you – I need you to fully cooperate. Only when you have done the work yourself, will you be fully empowered and independent.

I tailor each guided meditation to the individual situation and need of the person I work with.

I integrate guided meditation with Life Coaching, The Sedona Method® and Quick Coherence®.
